Measuring your Allusion Blinds is really easy with our simple measuring guides

TOOLS REQUIRED:

  1. Metal tape measure
  2. Pencil and Paper

Step 1:

Allusion Blinds are outside fit only, which makes them easy to meaure. Just measure exactly where you would like the blind to fit, including the stacking amount. Hook a metal tape over the outside edge of the width of the frames, record the measurement. Decide your stacking amount, e.g, plus 300mm-400mm overhang. Deciding also if you are stacking one way or centre open. Ask us for advice if needed. Check your overall finished size will not impede any objects.

Step 2:

Hook a metal tape over the outside edge of the height of the frame, down to the flooring, record the measurement. Add 100mm to the height. This is the height you will fit the headrail at. Dont go higher, its important you are screwing into solid fixing.

Step 3:

Choose control sides. Usually most convenient side.
